Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the provision of services by Yonescat Ltd (company no. 05028218), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 6 Community Road, Greenford, UB6 8XF. Last updated: April 2025.
Services
We provide digital product design, software engineering, infrastructure management, and related services as agreed in individual project proposals or service agreements. Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work or service agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and access to materials or systems necessary for us to deliver the agreed work. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.
Payment
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with overdue invoices. Time-and-materials work is invoiced monthly in arrears.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all deliverables produced under the engagement. We retain the right to use non-confidential project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
